Returnable Items
We provide replacements (where available) or refunds for faulty products.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Return Process
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for your faulty product.

To start a return, you can contact us by admin@mary-anne.co.nz or phone 021 248 7874. Please state if a replacement (where available) or refund is requested.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return packages will be sent to: 63A Muricata Avenue, Mount Maunganui.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If a replacement is available and requested, a new product will be sent out. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
